Data Quality Analyst

Scalo is engaged in delivering software projects and supporting partners in business development across areas such as technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Experience in data quality, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role.
• Analytical skills in identifying data quality errors and causes of quality degradation.
• Understanding of the essence of good data quality.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL and MS Excel for independent data extraction.
• High communication skills, teamwork ability, and goal orientation.
• Knowledge of Jira.
• Experience creating business or system analyses.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with banking data.
• Knowledge of any framework or pattern for gathering business requirements.

• Participate in projects related to the banking sector.
• Analyze data to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Identify volumes of data errors and investigate causes of quality fluctuations.
• Seek reasons for data errors and document findings.
• Collect and document requirements from stakeholders.
• Address improvements to data quality errors and explore new ways to correct them.

Position requires presence in Warsaw office 2 days per week (hybrid work).
