User Experience Study Tester - OKX Crypto Exchange

• New users who have NOT used OKX or competitor apps before
• Valid government ID (passport, driver’s license, residence permit, or eID)
• Working payment method (bank transfer, card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, or local option)
• Fluent in local language and able to narrate in English
• Access to both Android and iOS devices
• Ability to record screen with clear audio in a private, quiet space

• Register a new account on OKX and competitor apps
• Complete identity verification (ID scan & selfie)
• Deposit funds (fully reimbursed)
• Make an initial crypto purchase
• Narrate experience aloud while recording screen and audio
• Submit recordings and written feedback questionnaires
• Attend a weekly 1-hour debrief call on Fridays

• Must be located in Poland
• This is a freelance, task-based remote role aligned with IST time zone
