Full Stack Engineer

Ledgebrook is an InsurTech Managing General Agent (MGA) focused on modernizing Specialty insurance with innovative technology and leadership expertise of over 100 years in insurance.

• 3+ years of experience with full stack development.
• Ability to gather business requirements and develop scalable engineering solutions.
• Strong skills in designing data models based on business domains.
• Proven coding skills focused on maintainability and testability.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, AWS Code Pipelines, and Jenkins.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects effectively.

Nice to haves:

• Prior startup experience.
• Experience with insurance industry/domain challenges.
• Experience in web technologies and frameworks including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, Angular, React, Bootstrap, Node.js.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
