• Solid proficiency in Python and SQL for real client work
• Comfort working with dirty, multi-source data
• Some experience with R
• Marketing-science awareness, including knowledge of Media Value, ROAS, and MMM concepts
• Analytical instinct to question benchmarks with "compared to what"
• Ability to independently use approved AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency by drafting, summarizing, researching, analyzing, and reviewing outputs for accuracy

Nice to have:

• Exposure to JavaScript/Node.js
• Experience building simple calculators or prototypes
• Experience with decks-as-code tools (e.g., pptxgenjs)

• Source, clean, and reconcile multi-source client and panel data without hand-holding
• Build competitive benchmarks and client reports with clear, defensible claims
• Write concise actionable summaries easily understood by brand directors or CMOs
• Present and workshop analyses directly with clients, handling pushback and follow-up questions
• Partner with Strategic Intelligence on enterprise engagements requiring deeper analytical support
