Solution Architect

This role is part of a large-scale enterprise transformation and migration programme within the transportation and logistics industry, based in Warsaw, Poland.

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or Cloud Architect
• Proven experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architecture
• Strong infrastructure, networking, security, and identity knowledge
• Hands-on experience producing SDDs and architecture documentation
• Experience with enterprise-scale migration and transformation programmes
• Understanding of IaC, automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in logistics, transportation, M&A integrations, or large-scale infrastructure migrations

• Creating and maintaining Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and architecture diagrams
• Supporting large-scale migration and integration initiatives
• Defining current-state, target-state, and transition architectures
• Designing solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networking, IAM, security, and observability
• Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance
• Identifying architectural risks, dependencies, and technical constraints
• Supporting engineering and delivery teams throughout implementation
• Contributing to reusable architecture patterns, reference designs, and standards
