Operations Quality Principal Architect

• Hands-on proficiency with Dataiku, Azure ML Studio, and enterprise data science environments.
• Strong experience with NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Git, Jira, Confluence, and script automation.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as Claude Agent SDK.
• Knowledge of cloud data warehousing (Snowflake), AWS pipelines, and BI tools like ThoughtSpot and Tableau.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Data Science, Informatics, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in machine learning algorithms, complex data models, or automated software tools.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (Pharma, Diagnostics, Medical Devices) with knowledge of GxP compliance, US FDA regulations, ISO standards, and CSV protocols.
• Proven strategic matrix leadership with agile mindset and experience leading global cross-functional projects.

Enterprise AI Architecture, Scaling & Strategy:

• Design, scale, and deploy machine learning and NLP pipelines using Dataiku and Azure ML Studio.
• Implement agentic AI frameworks with Claude Agent SDK or similar.
• Govern AI Use-Case Backlog and deploy NLP and LLM technologies for quality data automation.
• Oversee data modeling and integration pipelines for analytics repositories like Snowflake and AWS.

Strategic Product Ownership & Automated Governance:

• Act as Product Owner and oversee architectural design for Quality Insight platforms and automation.
• Champion Git-based repository management, version control, and code reviews.
• Drive workflow automation utilizing Jira and Confluence to optimize intake pipelines.

GxP Compliance, CSV Integration & Matrix Leadership:

• Ensure AI models and data pipelines comply with computerized system validation and regulatory standards (GxP, US FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485).
• Collaborate with Quality Site Heads and global teams to resolve reporting barriers.
• Establish and mentor an Operations Quality Community of Practice focused on AI and Data Insights.

Contractor position employed via an agency; role requires working on average two days per week in the Warsaw office as part of a hybrid work model.
