SAP FI Support & Configuration Senior Consultant | Poland

Join our international SAP team in Poland as an SAP FI Support & Configuration Consultant, focusing on both second-line support and hands-on configuration activities across key FI processes.

• 4-5 years of experience in SAP FI (ECC or S/4HANA) with configuration and 2nd level support tasks.
• Completed 2-3 full cycle implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
• Solid understanding of core FI processes: GL, AP, AR, Assets, Banking.
• Ability to analyze issues end-to-end and apply configuration fixes.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; Polish native speaker.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have:

• SAP FI certification or completed training.
• Experience in multinational or consulting environments.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging or integrations with CO, MM, SD.

• Provide daily L2 support for SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting).
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and perform necessary configuration adjustments.
• Collaborate with finance users to refine requirements and translate them into system changes.
• Implement small enhancements and support larger upgrades, migrations, and deployment projects.
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

Must be based in Poland.
