Scrum Master (SAP)

• Over 6 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in complex software or system deliveries.
• Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with knowledge of traditional Waterfall models.
• Experience working with SAP systems and enterprise integrations.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate multi-day Agile training and coaching workshops.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have:

• Consulting experience in global pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical companies.
• Formal Agile certifications such as PSM II/III, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.

• Guide, mentor, and support cross-functional teams in Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Facilitate Agile events including Sprint Planning, Refinement, Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Track velocity and delivery metrics using Burndown Charts and Cumulative Flow Diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage requirements and align delivery with Release Management.
• Establish communication bridges between Agile product teams and traditional project delivery units.
• Lead training sessions and workshops on user story mapping, relative estimation, and backlog prioritization.
• Foster a culture of shared accountability, continuous learning, and iterative improvement.
