• Significant experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact
• Strong Core Banking architecture and solution design experience
• Deep understanding of Core Banking processes, capabilities, and integration dependencies
• Experience with large-scale transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, interfaces, and data flows
• Understanding of API-first, event-driven, and cloud-enabled architectures
• Experience with high-availability, secure, and resilient banking environments
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Shape and evolve the Temenos T24 Core Banking architecture roadmap
• Define target-state architecture, principles, and standards
• Provide end-to-end architectural leadership across complex initiatives
• Design integrations across Core Banking systems and surrounding platforms
• Drive platform modernization and simplification
• Promote API-first, event-driven, and cloud-enabled architecture patterns
• Define requirements for availability, security, performance, scalability, and resilience
• Assess architectural risks, technical debt, and lifecycle concerns
• Lead architecture reviews ensuring enterprise and regulatory alignment
• Collaborate with business, engineering, architecture teams, and external suppliers
• Mentor architects and engineers, fostering collaboration and accountable decision-making
