System Analysis Trainee

Andersen is an international IT company and one of the leaders in outsourcing software development. The System Analysis Traineeship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with software development processes, strengthen analytical and technical skills, and join the company upon successful completion of the program. Applications are open in Poland, with Warsaw and Kraków participants attending in-office and others joining online.

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, processes, software architecture, and database fundamentals.
• Knowledge of SQL fundamentals.
• Understanding of UML 2.0 diagrams.
• Knowledge of web technologies and integrations: API, HTTP, REST, SOAP.
• Understanding of software development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
• Knowledge of requirements management, requirements types, and documentation practices.
• Willingness to communicate extensively and ask questions.
• Strong desire to develop a career in System Analysis and IT.

Nice to have:

• German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience in banking, finance, leasing, or business process optimization/automation.
• Experience in creating, supporting, or improving financial products and services.

• Apply System Analysis theory to practical project tasks.
• Gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and software transformation.
• Work with real-world technologies and processes involving system design, APIs, databases, software architecture, and requirements management.
• Participate in career-focused training dedicated to developing system analysis skills.
