Wirtualna Polska Media S.A. develops the Poczta WP application, one of the most frequently used Polish Android apps, which is a core project. The company is beginning to build a new mobile product from scratch alongside the existing Poczta WP project.
Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience developing Android applications.
- Good knowledge of Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Understanding of clean code and clean architecture principles.
- Experience working with Git.
- Experience integrating with APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
- Ability to independently manage tasks from analysis to deployment and discuss technical compromises.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Experience with hybrid native + WebView modules.
- Experience working with on-device databases, local storage, migrations, and data synchronization.
- Experience with unit and UI testing, and automated tests.
- Experience with large, long-maintained production applications.
Obowiązki
- Develop new features for the Poczta WP Android email client from product analysis to deployment.
- Enhance the application interface in line with the design system, collaborating with UX/UI teams.
- Develop data layers and local storage handling large message sets with synchronization and offline capabilities.
- Contribute to a new mobile product being built from scratch.
- Focus on performance and quality metrics such as crash-free rate and testing.
- Propose technical development directions for the application.
Collaboration:
- Work daily with PM, QA, UX/UI, backend, frontend, security, storage, and AI/LLM teams.
Working methods:
- Participate in regular architecture and project state meetings to improve quality and simplify the project.
- Engage in mobile workshops led by the team.
- Use Claude Team tool, internal skill marketplace, and operational automations.
