Wymagania
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience.
- Proficiency in Excel; advanced level.
- Beneficial skills in SQL, Alteryx, and Python.
- Essential ESG knowledge.
- Understanding of banks' balance sheet structure.
- Experience in reporting system development.
- Strong data handling, reporting, and process automation capabilities.
- End-to-end process handling experience.
- Flexible approach to changes and excellent communication skills.

Obowiązki
- Participate in ESG report production work.
- Contribute to the development of ESG reporting processes for Pillar 3 and Pillar 1.
- Deliver ESG reporting in accordance with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze datasets and compile reports to financial supervisory authorities.
- Write process requirements for future ESG reporting.
- Collaborate with the solution delivery unit for IT development.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and dry runs for developed features.
