IT Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a B2B collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists, providing services for clients running innovative and modern projects. The role is for a client who is an international public institution.

• Experience managing at least one medium or large ICT project.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile.
• Very good IT knowledge and ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
• Awareness of current technologies and trends related to project execution.
• Very good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a changing environment, solve problems, and take initiative.
• Leadership skills and experience collaborating with teams, executives, clients, and suppliers.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and/or ServiceNow SPM Agile Boards.
• Experience managing projects using Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.
• Experience managing projects using ServiceNow modules including Enterprise Asset Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Customer Service Management in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and personal data protection requirements.

Required certifications:

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• PM² Agile.
• Equivalent internationally recognized certification accepted by the client is also allowed.

• Manage the project through its entire lifecycle according to scope, schedule, and business objectives.
• Plan, implement, and monitor project control mechanisms to ensure milestone delivery and product quality.
• Identify, monitor, and report risks, issues, scope changes, and deviations affecting project execution.
• Collaborate continuously with the Project Board and key project stakeholders.
• Plan and delegate tasks, manage work packages, and monitor their execution.
• Manage project team workload, priorities, and motivate the team.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the project product delivery process.
• Ensure effective internal and external communication related to the project.
• Prepare project documentation such as plans, schedules, registers, and reports.
• Define responsibility scope of involved parties in the project.
• Prepare and present technical and project reports and presentations to various audiences.
• Organize and lead project meetings and monitor follow-up on decisions.
