Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java + React)

• Strong experience with Java
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or any relational database
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and understanding of API-first approach
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like React
• Basic understanding of Linux
• Understanding of cloud technology platforms (GCP, AWS or Alibaba)
• Experience delivering iteratively in small increments
• Leadership experience in global, multi-timezone teams including mentoring offshore engineers
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

• Contribute to analytical work to understand control requirements and identify platform service support for tenants
• Join engineering team building automation services, workflows, and integrations for scalable controls
• Design APIs, data models, and process flows with strong software engineering principles
• Conceptualise, design, and implement end-to-end control automation solutions
• Deliver high-quality, reliable components within the Platform Control Plane focusing on operational excellence
• Promote continuous improvement through automation, reuse, and smarter processes to increase team productivity
