Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial transformation.
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, or omnichannel environments.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
- Practical knowledge of IFRS 15 and revenue recognition principles.
- Experience in returns, refunds, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Familiarity with month-end close processes.
- Experience with ERP implementations or transformation projects.
- Practical experience preparing and executing UAT tests.
- Ability to create process and business documentation.
- Very good command of the English language.
Obowiązki
- Defining and documenting accounting principles for eCommerce transactions.
- Designing financial processes and process documentation.
- Verifying the correctness of solutions according to IFRS and accounting policies.
- Creating matrices of accounting events and posting logic.
- Designing month-end closing procedures, account reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Preparing test scenarios and supporting UAT from the financial side.
- Verifying the correctness of postings, reconciliations, and financial reports generated by the system.
- Collaborating with business teams, IT, and solution providers during financial process implementation.
- Supporting activities related to organizational readiness for production launch.
- Participating in financial transformation projects in retail and eCommerce environments.
