Delivery Manager

Fabrity S.A. is a dynamically growing technology company specializing in software engineering, generative artificial intelligence, and the IoT industry. They create advanced solutions supporting enterprises in process automation, scaling operations, and efficient data management. The company builds systems using leading technologies such as Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, Power Platform, and their proprietary low-code product Fastive. They cooperate with clients from industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, finance, automotive, retail, and manufacturing, serving partners like ABB, Bayer, Carrefour, Pepsico, Sanofi, Toyota Bank, and PKO BP.

• Very good command of the English language (min. B2, preferably C1) enabling business and technical communication.
• Experience in a technical role at any career stage (e.g., developer, system engineer, cloud administrator, system/business analyst) to understand solution architecture.
• Documented experience in managerial and project roles (Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Team Lead, or Program Manager) in software house or technology consulting.
• Experience working directly with external clients, managing complex projects for the enterprise sector.
• Practical knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern system architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of data and artificial intelligence projects (Machine Learning, ML models, Python) sufficient to assess risks and engage in substantive discussions.
• Highly developed ownership mentality, proactive attitude, responsibility for problems, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, high personal culture, and ease in navigating between engineering and business domains.

• Manage project delivery within BU Software Development and innovative R&D/PoC initiatives in Fabrity Future.
• Build substantive, partnership-based relationships with enterprise clients, translating technical decisions into business benefits.
• Ensure smooth execution of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements analysis through production deployment and system maintenance (BAU).
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project and technological risks.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and ensure their efficiency using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Oversee budget, scope, schedule, and key milestones of implemented initiatives.
• Implement and continually improve delivery standards, governance, and best practices within the organization.
