Senior Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)

• 3+ years of proven experience in business analysis within global, agile IT services or consulting environments
• Deep expertise in BA frameworks (e.g., BABOK), elicitation, traceability, and modeling (BPMN, UML, Jira, Visio)
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams across diverse projects including classic web/backend delivery and automation
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills; English B2+ minimum
• Structured, data-driven approach to solving complex enterprise challenges with high ambiguity
• Hands-on or theoretical knowledge of Generative AI and foundational architectures (LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, AI validation)

Nice to have:

• Foundational certifications or hands-on experience with UiPath (e.g., Automation Business Analyst Associate)
• Experience with Figma or similar prototyping tools
• Interest in cutting-edge AI trends, emerging tools, and modern development methodologies

• Lead the requirements lifecycle for complex enterprise projects, eliciting, prioritizing, and translating ambiguous business needs into functional specifications
• Act as the primary consultant to client stakeholders (up to C-level), facilitating workshops and managing competing priorities
• Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to design 'To-Be' workflows (human, RPA, or AI-driven) ensuring alignment with business goals
• Drive use case discovery and engineer requirements for advanced intelligent solutions (e.g., GenAI, LLMs, RAG architectures)
• Expand expertise in emerging AI technologies through training and certifications
