Test Automation Engineer

BlueSoft is an innovative Software House, part of the Orange Group, established in 2002 and employing over 1000 engineers. The company focuses on creating simple and effective solutions for complex problems. It operates hybrid work models with offices in Warsaw, Kraków, and Katowice. The team manages testing processes for a newly developed microservices architecture application in Operations using technologies like Java 21, Angular, and Oracle.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in both automated and manual application testing.
• Experience building and deploying automated tests in CI/CD processes (using GitLab).
• Practical knowledge of Java, Selenium, JUnit, Maven, Git, and SQL.
• Experience in API testing and familiarity with tools like JMeter.
• Practical understanding of data exchange formats such as JSON and XML.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes related to software quality assurance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a team.

• Provide comprehensive support for quality assurance of a new microservices-based application.
• Perform initial manual testing to understand system architecture and functionality as a basis for automation.
• Design, build, and develop an automated test framework.
• Implement and maintain automated test scenarios for frontend and backend, focusing on integration and API tests.
• Deploy and integrate automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline using GitLab.
• Collaborate daily within an agile Scrum team focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
