Expert Security Officer

LinkGroup is hiring for the role of Expert Security Officer, focusing on cybersecurity and security operations within the organization.

• Experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or security operations
• Ability to operate independently in an organization with ongoing process organization or creation
• Experience in IT security
• Practical experience in incident response and threat analysis
• Knowledge of IAM, access management, and identity protection
• Understanding of infrastructure security and cloud environments
• Experience working with IT and DevOps teams
• Skill in risk identification and translating risks into concrete actions
• Experience in creating and implementing security processes
• Knowledge of vendor and third-party security and access management
• Awareness of threats to source code, data, and intellectual property
• Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of assigned areas

Nice to have:

• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar standards
• Familiarity with security requirements on the US market
• Experience in international organizations
• Background in gaming or technology product companies
• Knowledge of SIEM/EDR tools
• Experience in vulnerability management
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
• Experience in security assessments or collaboration on penetration testing

• Take responsibility for the operational security area within the organization
• Identify risks and initiate actions to mitigate them
• Create and implement security-related processes and procedures
• Collaborate with IT/Helpdesk to support the team in security matters
• Cooperate with DevOps for infrastructure, systems, and software development security
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate their analysis and resolution
• Develop and organize access, identity, and privileged account management
• Safeguard source code, data, know-how, and other company assets
• Co-create security principles for the entire production cycle
• Assess security in cooperation with suppliers and external companies
• Support verification of suppliers and manage their access to systems and data
• Create policies for hardware security and remote work
• Assist in audit preparation and meeting security standard requirements
• Monitor and implement best practices and international security standards
• Build security awareness throughout the organization
