Senior IT Service & Governance Specialist with Dora

This role is part of a strategic internal team providing essential IT services and tools within a company in the Payments / Fintech industry.

• Strong understanding of DORA and related topics
• Proven experience in internal IT service management
• Experience in managing IT tools/platforms
• Security awareness and compliance knowledge
• Ability to work independently and provide direction
• Strong communication skills
• Business-level proficiency in English
• Quick contributor with minimal onboarding time
