Full Stack Python/AI Developer

IT Factory is a dynamic company experienced in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a significant Polish company in the insurance and financial sector.

• Minimum 2 years experience in Data Science / AI, including at least 1 year of production deployments
• Proficient with React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI
• Good knowledge of Azure Blob Storage, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Foundry
• Experience with LangGraph or similar orchestration tools, prompt engineering, and context engineering
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Proficient in Python (including pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL
• Practical experience in MLOps with Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Experience with Azure cloud platform
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements
• Higher technical education in Mathematics, Computer Science, Science or Engineering
• Analytical and conceptual skills with structured problem-solving approach
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audience
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility from idea to deployment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search and Power Platform
• Azure certifications: DP-100, AI-102, AI-900
• Knowledge of insurance industry and business processes
• Experience with integration tools such as Kafka, ESB

• Build applications supporting underwriters: frontend with Next.js/React, backend with FastAPI/Python
• Integrate AI agents with applications, developing orchestration using LangChain/LangGraph
• Integrate with policy administration systems, rating engines, DMS, CRM, broker portals, and Outlook
• Deploy solutions on Azure using containers and CI/CD
• Build and orchestrate AI agents, translating underwriting guidelines into agent instructions
• Develop data extraction processes from broker documents
