SAP Complex Release Coordinator

DSV is seeking a SAP Complex Release Coordinator to manage cross-project SAP releases within Finance IT, working with SAP solutions including SAP S/4HANA, MDG, BW/4HANA, SAC, and GRDC. The role focuses on release management, change coordination, and cross-project planning, acting as a central coordination point with various stakeholders.

• Several years of proven experience with complex SAP landscapes and project deliveries
• Experience in SAP Release Management, Release Coordination, or Delivery Coordination is a plus
• Strong understanding of SAP release and transport processes
• Practical experience with SAP environments such as SAP S/4HANA, MDG, BW/4HANA, SAC, GRDC, and related integrations
• Experience managing technical dependencies across SAP projects and systems
• Good understanding of SAP delivery lifecycle from build, testing, release, go-live, to hypercare
• Ability to understand technical discussions and involve the right experts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with ServiceNow CHG and/or SAP release management tools such as ChaRM is an advantage
• Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and pragmatic approach to managing complex situations
• Analytical, structured, and technically curious
• Able to challenge and escalate while maintaining good relationships
• Able to balance governance and process with pragmatic delivery
• Persistent in following up on actions and unresolved dependencies

• Identify and coordinate complex or cross-project SAP release windows
• Maintain consolidated view of projects, release scope, transports, integrations, dependencies, and key milestones
• Identify, document, and follow up on technical and cross-project dependencies
• Coordinate dependency discussions between SAP S/4HANA, MDG, BW/4HANA, SAC, GRDC, and related systems
• Identify release conflicts, sequencing constraints, and potential risks and coordinate resolution
• Coordinate integrated cut-over plans including sequencing, timing, dependencies, downtime, and support requirements
• Track release readiness across projects including testing, approvals, CHG status, transport readiness, and rollback plans
• Escalate unresolved dependencies and risks to appropriate technical or project owners
• Support go/no-go alignment and coordination during critical or weekend releases
• Capture actions, decisions, risks, and lessons learned
• Support Release Management with complete and timely information for complex releases
• Maintain release calendars, dependency trackers, readiness overviews, and coordination templates
• Ensure alignment with SAP Release Management and Finance IT processes
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement of release coordination

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
