Lead Python Developer

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years experience implementing and integrating with 3rd party software through full system life cycles
• Expertise in Python
• Understanding of application security
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Strong self-management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment independently
• Solid understanding of information management, data modeling, system integration, and development methodologies, including unit testing
• Excellent English communication skills and client-facing experience

• Communicate directly with clients daily to collect and analyze business needs
• Create necessary documentation including PRDs, test cases, and design docs
• Develop applications independently from idea to ready product
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance platform
• Deliver quality results managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Contribute to a transparent, trust-based engineering culture
• Promote autonomy and individual mastery
• Apply cloud technologies and microservices architecture
• Ensure application security throughout development lifecycle
• Support information management, data modeling, and system integration
• Perform unit testing following established development methodologies
