Lead Developer for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Logistics (f/m)

At Bosch, the role is within Bosch Rexroth's global digital transformation focused on logistics solutions using SAP S/4HANA. The position is part of Bosch Digital division under Robert Bosch Sp. z o.o., based in Warszawa, Poland, in the Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering industry.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP development, ideally within SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in ABAP development.
• Practical experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP Logistics Execution (LE), and SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical options, effort, risks, and maintainability.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with BOPF, RAP, CDS, OData Services, SAP Fiori, Key User Extensibility, SAP BTP.
• Experience in large international transformation programs.
• German language skills.

• Analyze customer requirements in inbound and outbound logistics and advise on technical implementation.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions for SAP logistics modules: Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Transportation Management (TM).
• Create and review solution concepts, validate through Proof of Concepts, and present recommendations.
• Evaluate technical implementation options regarding feasibility, risks, costs, effort, and maintainability.
• Estimate custom development scope, capacities, costs, and technical debt.
• Coordinate and guide development activities throughout implementation.
• Promote knowledge sharing, contribute to code and design reviews.
• Mentor developers and support continuous improvement of development practices and solution quality.
• Support global rollout of SAP applications and assist key users during deployment across locations.
