Senior AI Product Manager

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development across areas including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 6-7 years of commercial experience with AI product initiatives
• Experience defining and executing product and platform strategies based on AI
• Ability to build long-term AI service and portfolio vision
• Skills in identifying business areas with automation and optimization potential
• Experience building AI product and service roadmaps
• Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value and expected benefits
• Focus on delivering measurable business results
• Knowledge of AI market, document processing trends, and LLM use in business
• Understanding automatic data acquisition, classification, and extraction methods
• Experience evaluating AI solution quality, effectiveness, and usability
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into concrete business benefits
• Experience driving AI platform adoption and expansion within organizations
• Awareness of AI project security, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Track record delivering projects that bridge business and technology domains

• Develop and maintain the strategy for AI platforms and services in the financial industry
• Define long-term vision and roadmaps for AI solutions supporting business processes
• Identify new AI and LLM application opportunities within the organization
• Prioritize development initiatives based on business value, automation potential, and ROI
• Oversee development and delivery of shared AI services used across business processes
• Ensure reusability, scalability, and stability of AI solutions
• Monitor effectiveness of AI implementations and initiate optimization actions
• Define standards for evaluating quality and efficiency of AI services
• Coordinate platform development activities and supervise achievement of business goals
• Deliver services in a hybrid model with weekly office presence in Warsaw
