Senior IT Service & Governance Specialist with Dora

The role is within emagine Polska, focusing on internal IT service management and compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). The position involves supporting and managing IT services and tools, contributing to the company's internal IT infrastructure, with occasional business travel to Germany. It is a full-time remote contract for 12 months with an option for extension.

• Strong understanding of Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and related topics
• Proven experience in internal IT service management
• Experience in managing IT tools/platforms
• Security awareness and compliance knowledge
• Ability to work independently and provide direction
• Strong communication skills
• Business-level proficiency in English
• Quick contributor with minimal onboarding time

Nice to have:

• Experience in Vulnerability Management
• Background in penetration testing
• Familiarity with service desk operations

• Act as the internal IT service provider
• Manage and own tools/configurations
• Serve as a gateway to management
• Execute internal IT services effectively
• Ensure compliance with DORA requirements around resilience and security

The employment is subject to data processing consent and legal requirements as per Polish labor code and GDPR regulations. The position includes business travel to Germany from time to time.
