Technical Program Manager

AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company creating software for Fortune 500 brands and startups across 17+ industries, specializing in application development and AI/ML.

• 10+ years experience in technical program management, technical delivery, or engineering leadership.
• Proven ability to lead complex technology programs with multiple teams and technical dependencies.
• Strong technical understanding of software systems, architecture, APIs/integrations, databases, and delivery processes.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS and GCP, including service mappings.
• Experience in cloud migration programs; hands-on AWS-to-GCP migration highly desirable.
• Ability to decompose programs into detailed workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Experience coordinating testing, validation, parallel runs, data reconciliation, release, and cutover activities.
• Strong skills in ownership, risk management, escalation, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.

Nice to have:

• Experience with GCP services and data platforms like BigQuery.
• Familiarity with React-based applications and modern web product integration.
• Familiarity with Python and data/modeling workloads.
• Experience in Sustainability & Climate, physical risk, geospatial/data products, or financial services domain.
• Experience working with distributed engineering organizations across India and North America.
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools and automation for delivery, planning, and reporting.

• Lead the end-to-end technical program across multiple engineering teams.
• Drive execution of product integration workflows, dependencies, testing, milestones, and delivery.
• Plan and coordinate AWS-to-GCP cloud migration including planning, validation, testing, data reconciliation, and production readiness.
• Translate high-level initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand architecture, APIs, cloud services, databases, and unblock technical issues.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, testing, data, cloud, and product teams, managing dependencies.
• Establish structures for roadmap and backlog tracking, risk management, issue escalation, and follow-up.
• Ensure milestones and delivery commitments are met; raise risks and blockers to senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and present weekly program/status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Continuously refine roadmap and backlog with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across geographically distributed teams, especially India and New York.
• Maintain strong knowledge of AWS and GCP services and mappings.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools and automation to enhance program execution and technical problem solving.
