• Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile or web applications (frontend + backend)
• Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and no initial acceptance criteria
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications with measurable successful adoption
• Strong product mindset focusing on problems, outcomes, and impact
• 7+ years of development experience building real products or features
• Strong experience with backend development, ideally with Go

• Own problems end-to-end—from idea to production
• Deliver features without relying on fully defined or perfect specifications
• Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers
• Operate in small, highly autonomous teams
• Use AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration
• Deliver 2x the output of a Senior Engineer who is not an AI-user
• Improve internal agent network and development workflows
• Move across the stack when needed
• Focus on user and business outcomes, not output
