• Highly technical and hands-on role requiring deep system design, coding, and architecture expertise.
• Proven track record delivering large systems in multiple programming languages.

• Collaborate to identify and address process inefficiencies leveraging architectural and design experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects that impact Fresha’s success.
• Actively contribute code, fix bugs, and resolve issues to drive team progress.
• Understand and articulate the architecture, scaling, and reliability limits of major business areas.

• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training to uphold engineering quality standards.
• Track and analyze team and functional area performance metrics.
• Support Head of Engineering with ad-hoc projects and strategic technology decisions.

• Position requires working onsite in Warsaw, Poland, four days per week.
