• Experience of Delivery Management for 3+ years
• Experience with pre-sales: scoping, SOWs, proposal input for security services (pentest, GRC, SOC)
• Familiarity with security service lines: penetration testing, phishing simulation, GRC audits, SOC operations
• Ability to travel for client meetings and business development
• Prior experience in outsourcing/MSP business models
• Technical background

Nice to have:

• Experience managing service delivery for cybersecurity or MSSP practices
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, GDPR, Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001)
• Technical security background
