IT Project Manager Senior

This role is in the banking industry, focused on project delivery with cross-domain coordination in data quality management.

• Proven experience in IT project management.
• Strong understanding of governance and data quality processes.
• Experience with cross-domain coordination and stakeholder management.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with reporting tools and automation techniques.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies.
• Experience in the financial services sector.

• Own the DQIM governance process, run triage boards, coordinate cross-domain activities, and drive accountability across teams.
• Monitor backlog health, ticket ownership, prioritization, RCA progress, and escalations to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Drive structural improvements including intake gates, issue clustering, targeted RCA, closure controls, reporting, and automation opportunities.
• Provide transparent management reporting and escalate capacity, ownership, or dependency risks to ensure sustained backlog reduction.

Location: Warsaw, Gdansk or Gdynia. Work Model: Hybrid - 2 or 3 times per week from the office.
