Application Support / Managed Services Engineers (.NET)

SpyroSoft S.A. is hiring professionals to support and maintain business-critical applications within the Microsoft / .NET ecosystem in Poland, specifically in Wrocław.

• 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Managed Services, or similar technical roles
• Technical background in Microsoft / .NET ecosystem
• Ability to understand application architecture and troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience working with and analyzing application logs
• General understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, and application environments
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or similar) is advantageous
• Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, or ITSM tools is beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive and responsible approach to resolving incidents
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Willingness to work in a support environment

• Provide L2/L3 and advanced L4/L5 application support
• Support and maintain applications in production
• Monitor application health and investigate incidents
• Analyze application logs, errors, and system behavior
• Troubleshoot technical and application-related issues
• Support configuration, administration, and application changes
• Perform root cause analysis and problem resolution
• Participate in knowledge transfer and application transition activities
• Cooperate with development, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams
• Support releases, deployments, and production changes
• Maintain technical and operational documentation
• Work within incident, problem, and change management processes
