Technical Consultant - R&D Cloud Solutions (Remote)

Veeva Systems is a company providing cloud solutions primarily for life sciences organizations including emerging biotechs and top global pharma. The role involves working within an expanding hub of 60+ consultants in Poland and Hungary, supported by Veeva’s global network of over 8,000 professionals. The position focuses on strategic advisory and continuous evolution of customers' Veeva cloud platforms in Clinical Operations or Regulatory domains.

• 4+ years of professional experience with enterprise SaaS cloud solutions across implementation, configuration, administration, or consulting.
• Combining strategic business advisory with hands-on technical configuration for external B2B clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex business needs and design practical technical solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• Physical residence in Poland with full legal authorization to work locally (no employment visa sponsorship).

• Engage directly with client stakeholders to align business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities across Clinical and Regulatory domains.
• Act as a strategic advisor translating client needs into practical, scalable solution designs while recommending best practices, identifying risks, and surfacing opportunities for system improvement.
• Perform hands-on configuration to deliver system enhancements and guide clients through evaluating, testing, and adopting new Veeva product releases and capabilities.
• Lead clear client communication and collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal Veeva Product and Services teams to align expectations and share field insights.
