Wymagania

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within complex enterprise environments
Experience coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders, and cross-domain dependencies
Strong understanding of governance, issue management, backlog management, and escalation processes
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving issues through structured resolution
Ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior management
Ability to take ownership, challenge processes, and drive accountability across teams
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Obowiązki

Own and drive the DQIM governance process, ensuring consistent execution across involved teams
Lead triage boards and coordinate activities across GF, CDW, CCM, and relevant source teams
Drive accountability for issue ownership and resolution, escalating blockers when necessary
Monitor backlog health, ticket ownership, prioritization, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) progress, and escalations
Ensure data quality issues progress without unnecessary delays
Identify and implement structural process improvements including intake gates, issue clustering, targeted RCA, closure controls, and reporting
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
Provide clear management reporting on backlog status, progress, risks, and dependencies
Escalate capacity constraints, ownership gaps, dependencies, and other risks impacting issue resolution
Support initiatives to achieve sustainable backlog reduction and improve data quality governance
