Wymagania
- 5+ years in IT services management combining hands-on delivery with strategic client ownership.
- Fluent German (C1/C2), fluent English and Polish, written and spoken.
- Ability to switch between high-level management and granular execution.
- Commercial and financial acumen with T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services engagement models.
- Awareness of modern tech and SDLC including cloud-native environments and AI-driven delivery tools.
- Strong background in cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Head-level leadership.
- Accountability, analytical thinking, and confidence under pressure.
- Effective stakeholder management bridging technical delivery teams and C-level business executives.
Obowiązki
- Hands-on management of key software projects, ensuring quality, scope control, and Agile best practices.
- Manage the health and profitability of assigned client portfolio.
- Build trust-based relationships with international clients and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Partner with Sales on expansion plans, upsell/cross-sell, and late-stage deal pipelines.
- Introduce AI-assisted delivery practices, metrics, and automation to boost margins.
- Partner with Heads and executive leadership on overall business goals.
- Act as primary escalation point and implement swift risk mitigation.
- Coordinate engineering leads and cross-functional teams for delivery excellence.
