Wymagania
- 5+ years of professional experience, including technical program management or project management
- Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in a technology environment
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguous problems
- Working knowledge of software engineering and Application Security practices, including secure SDLC and vulnerability management
- Experience using AI tools for productivity, analysis, automation, or program execution
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are a plus
Obowiązki
- Drive Application Security programs and initiatives across multiple teams
- Translate priorities into clear plans, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate work and dependencies between Application Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders
- Identify risks and blockers and drive them toward resolution
- Establish and improve program planning, tracking, metrics, and reporting
- Help clarify responsibilities and improve processes across the Application Security program
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve and automate Application Security processes, including through the effective use of AI
