Senior Flutter Consultant

The company focuses on consulting and development skills across legacy and pioneering technologies, including GreenCoding, serving large investment banks and financial services industry clients.

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in Flutter programming.
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in mobile development.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, design patterns, and mobile app development best practices.
• Experience with clean architecture.
• Knowledge of state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
• Knowledge of dependency injection tools.
• Experience working with persistence/database technologies (SQLite, Drift).
• Ability to write readable unit tests.
• Knowledge of version control systems.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Experience in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, fastlane, Codemagic) and static code quality analysis.
• Experience with reactive programming (RxDart).
• Experience in writing channel methods.
• Experience in releasing applications to Google Play Store and App Store.
• Experience in UI tests.
• Experience in material design/cupertino customizations and animations.

• Implement high-quality solutions for investment banks.
• Work in Scrum teams to develop cutting-edge functionalities.
• Perform module testing of implemented features.
• Create documentation for completed work.
• Report directly to the Team Leader.

Work mode is hybrid with 2 days per week on-site presence required at Łódź, Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, or Wrocław locations. Remote work may be considered for candidates outside these locations.
