Senior Automation Engineer (Python, AI)

• Practical experience building automation using Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Workato.
• Experience integrating systems via REST API, HTTP, MCP, or SDK.
• Proficiency testing and diagnosing APIs with tools such as Postman.
• Experience scripting in Python for automation and integration purposes.
• Strong analytical and process skills including business process analysis and mapping prior to automation.
• Experience automating HR and legal area support processes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and tools like JIRA and wiki solutions.
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level.

• Designing, building, and maintaining business process automation using Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Workato.
• Analyzing and mapping business processes with process owners before automation.
• Integrating corporate systems such as Workday, SmartRecruiters, DocuSign, and JIRA.
• Developing and improving solutions using API, MCP, and SDK for data exchange between systems.
• Preparing and maintaining Python scripts supporting process automation, data transformation, and integrations.
• Monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving issues in the production environment.
• Documenting processes, solution architectures, and use cases with tools like draw.io, Mural, and wiki.
• Identifying and implementing AI solutions that bring business value and optimize operations.
• Collaborating with business and technical teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Working remotely in a service delivery model.
