At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, including 2 years in a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience administering, configuring, and developing ServiceNow solutions; experience with on-premises instances is an advantage.
Practical knowledge of the ServiceNow product portfolio, IT service management, and solution design.
Experience gathering requirements, analyzing needs, and coordinating technical work.
Familiarity with integrations such as REST, web services, SSO, LDAP, along with IT security practices.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills; ability to take ownership and work independently.
English at B2 level or above.
Education at level 4 or equivalent.
Required certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Internationally recognized equivalent certifications may be considered subject to approval.

Build and configure ServiceNow functionality, including ITSM workflows and custom solutions.
Assess new requirements, recommend approaches, write code, and test changes before release.
Review applications and code to protect platform stability and security.
Maintain the ServiceNow instance, manage upgrades and patches, tune performance, and resolve incidents.
Support integrations with other systems and maintain the MariaDB services used by the platform.
Contribute to solution design, project planning, risk management, and disaster recovery.
Keep technical documentation, operating procedures, user guides, and knowledge articles current.
