Project Manager – Transition & Release Management (f/m/x)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or Programme Management in large organizations.
• Practical experience in Transition Management.
• Experience in planning and coordinating complex releases and deployments.
• Ability to independently manage complex changes or transformations end-to-end.
• Experience in coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders from business and IT sides.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in managing dependencies, schedules, and execution of activities.
• Very good command of the English language.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of mainframe / z/OS environments.
• Experience in the financial sector or other regulated environments.

• Plan and lead complex technological changes and transformations end-to-end.
• Create and coordinate transition, release, and deployment plans.
• Plan schedules, dependencies, and activities necessary for safe deployment of changes.
• Coordinate Change Management and Release Management processes.
• Collaborate with development teams and coordinate activities required for change implementation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for ongoing changes.
• Coordinate activities between business and technical teams.
• Manage communication and agreements with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage dependencies between teams and organizational areas.
• Coordinate knowledge exchange and activities preparing users for changes.
