Business Continuity Analyst

DCG is a recruitment company involved in numerous recruitment projects for its partners, focusing on experienced professionals in business continuity and operational resilience.

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, including development of BCP frameworks, processes or documentation
• Good understanding of DORA and relevant financial services regulations related to ICT Business Continuity
• Understanding of Operational Resilience, Business Continuity and Crisis Management processes
• Hands-on experience in preparing project documentation, presentations and delivery materials
• Ability to gather and consolidate input from multiple stakeholders and translate it into structured processes, procedures, policies or frameworks
• Experience working across different teams and coordinating stakeholder activities
• Strong communication, facilitation and organizational skills
• Structured and analytical approach to documentation and process development
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Support the definition of ICT disruption scenarios and link applicable scenarios to relevant Critical or Important Functions (CIFs)
• Support the creation and development of the ICT Business Continuity Planning framework and templates in line with internal guidelines, existing practices and stakeholder input
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to develop and complete ICT Business Continuity Plans
• Collect, structure and consolidate input from different teams and stakeholders
• Track actions and decisions resulting from workshops and project meetings
• Coordinate follow-up activities and provide timely updates to the Delivery Lead for project reporting
• Collaborate with the DORA programme to ensure alignment regarding the scope and content of ICT BCPs for relevant CIFs
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, procedures and other supporting materials
• Support continuous improvement of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience processes

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
