Mid/Senior Fullstack Developer (Java 21+ / Angular 22+) - Insurance

We're building an international team creating and developing proprietary, scalable Enterprise-class platforms for the global insurance sector. Our systems manage the full policy lifecycle and claims settlement processes end to end, handling millions of operations per month. AI on our team is an everyday work tool - we work in a Spec Driven Development paradigm: we use AI agents for technical documentation, task specification, building technical plans, and verifying and testing work, in an ecosystem integrated with Google Workspace AI.

• Experience building and developing web applications
• Strong knowledge of Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem, skills designing high-performance REST APIs
• Confidence building interfaces with Angular (TypeScript)
• Architectural thinking - SOLID, Clean Code, TDD
• Practical experience working with document databases (e.g. MongoDB) and relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL)
• English at B2 level or higher
• Polish at A1/A2 level
• Openness to AI-assisted programming in the Spec Driven Development model

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of insurance product specifics, claims settlement processes, or market regulations
• Experience designing distributed systems, working with Docker/Kubernetes, and performance optimization
• Practical knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design), Event-Driven Architecture, or advanced experience with automated testing (TDD, integration tests)

• Develop proprietary insurance products for Polish and international markets
• Design, analyze, and implement solutions according to business requirements
• Introduce new features and fix bugs in existing applications
• Maintain code quality through good practices: Clean Code, code review
• Collaborate with the project team (BA, QA, Scrum Master) on software development and rolling out new system versions
