Mid-Level Java Developer – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

This role is for a client who is a leading financial services provider focused on transforming digital banking experiences. The position is Kraków-based with a hybrid work model.

• 2+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proficiency with Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, REST services, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Nice to have:

• Experience with JUnit, AEM Mocks, Maven, Git, SonarQube.

• Design and implement cutting-edge services for HSBC’s public websites and campaign messaging using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and integration of digital features.
• Build, improve, and maintain digital capabilities utilizing the AEM technology stack.
• Migrate existing functionalities onto an OSGi-based architecture with Sling and JCR.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions to meet evolving digital demands.
• Support ongoing modernization initiatives to ensure digital infrastructure stays ahead of industry standards.
