Product Manager

Humanit is a technology company creating its own products for the logistics, production, and HR industries. One of their products is Human Work, a mobile application for managing people and daily work in production, logistics, and service teams, enhancing communication, organizing duties, and supporting employee engagement. The platform supports both managers and entire teams.

• Understanding product development as maintaining a live business and organizational process efficiency
• Operational implementation of generative tools and automation, beyond mere curiosity
• Eliminating repetitive, manual operations in processes
• Analytical approach to data and evaluating effectiveness of changes
• Courage to challenge unprofitable solutions and propose better alternatives
• Knowledge of modern AI models and no code or low code tools with the ability to translate them into real business improvements including faster prototyping, data flow automation, and user behavior analysis

• Full responsibility for the product lifecycle and quality, including setting standards for business requirement analysis
• Supervision of implementations, product changes, and acceptance of work from technical teams and external suppliers
• Designing system solutions to significantly reduce manual work within the organization
• Coordinating the product area, including working with a development specialist and independently carrying out tasks for efficient results

This role is only for candidates able to work from the Wrocław office and requires B2B contract cooperation. The employer is HUMAN IT GROUP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA based in Wrocław. Candidates must not expect detailed instructions for every task and must embrace active product ownership.
