Change / Release Manager

• 5+ years of hands-on change and release management experience
• Hands on experience of change and release management work in cloud migration projects
• Experience in this area should be described in the application
• Great communication skills and ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to engage and drive follow-up actions
• Able to bring clarity both in verbal and written communication
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail

• Change management for business process and technical changes
• Coordinate/facilitate the changes required to be done by the application development teams
• Manage the change and release management processes as per the bank's internal processes and guidelines
• Coordinate the information sharing and upskilling related activities towards the relevant users
