Wymagania
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain distributed data systems in cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with big data frameworks such as Spark or Databricks
- Strong experience with Scala
- Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: writing clean, testable, efficient code with maintainability in mind
- Good judgment to balance scalability, performance, resilience, and cost; able to communicate decisions to diverse stakeholders
- Experience or interest in functional programming, data modeling, workflow orchestration, or AI-driven tools
- English proficiency at C1 level or above
- Polish proficiency at B2 level or above
Nice to have:
- Experience in stream processing frameworks and event-driven architecture
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Interest in crypto and blockchain technologies
Obowiązki
- Architect, design, and implement large-scale distributed data systems and pipelines
- Drive technical decisions balancing scalability, performance, and maintainability for batch and streaming solutions
- Explore and integrate new technologies for data orchestration and cloud-native solutions
- Contribute to platform-wide initiatives to improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency
- Share ownership of data systems from design through deployment and support
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and analysts to build customer-focused features
- Mentor engineers, perform peer reviews, and promote best practices
