Wymagania

Minimum 1 year experience in support team, helpdesk, or monitoring.
Knowledge of IT systems operation and basic monitoring and incident handling tools.
Ability to work according to procedures and attention to detail.
Communication skills, responsibility, and readiness to work in 24/7 shift mode.
Ability to independently resolve simple problems and properly escalate.
Experience with monitoring tools Splunk and Grafana.
Experience with ITSM tools.
Basic knowledge of Linux.
Knowledge of computer networks.
Communication skills in English and Polish at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

Experience with monitoring systems.
Work experience in high-availability or 24/7 model organizations.
Knowledge of ITIL concepts or basic certifications.
Experience in financial or payment industry.
Certifications in Splunk, Jira, or Grafana.
Certifications in Linux.
Certifications in Google Cloud Platform.

Obowiązki

Monitor the operation of systems and respond to alerts.
Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC): receive, register, and classify tickets (incidents, requests) via phone, email, and ITSM system.
Execute current operational procedures according to existing instructions.
Collaborate with second and third line support for complex events.
Maintain high-quality communication with participants, including incident status updates.
Continuously improve service and both internal and external communication processes.
Report basic operational metrics.
Ensure accuracy of documentation.
Create and update knowledge base.
