Senior Security Officer

• Several years of experience in operational/technical cybersecurity, including security monitoring, log and alert analysis, and incident handling.
• Experience in conducting security audits and coordinating penetration tests.
• Practical experience in creating and maintaining security policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of KSC/NIS2 requirements.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and solutions and willingness to co-develop the tool stack.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development and ability to collaborate with development teams.
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and conduct training and educational activities.
• Communicative knowledge of English, spoken and written.
• High independence, good work organization, and ability to prioritize.

Nice to have:

• Cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of GDPR relevant to cooperation with Data Protection Officer.
• Experience working in key or important entities.

• Verify and analyze organization's compliance with cybersecurity regulatory requirements, especially KSC/NIS2 and key entity obligations.
• Build cybersecurity awareness through trainings and educational activities within the organization.
• Supervise existing security systems and initiate and implement new solutions.
• Analyze logs, alerts, security reports, and manage documentation and reporting of incidents.
• Co-create, maintain and test business continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, including participation in recovery tests and post-incident reviews.
• Participate in development and deployment teams to implement security best practices throughout software development lifecycle.
• Plan, organize and coordinate security audits and penetration tests, document results, and oversee implementation of recommendations.
• Create, update, and develop security policies and procedures in cooperation with Data Protection Officer and legal team.
• Support Data Protection Officer in analyzing personal data breaches and risk assessments.
