Senior iOS Engineer, User Authentication

Bolt is a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries. • Experience building and maintaining high-quality iOS applications with strong knowledge of Swift and modern iOS development practices.
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in fast customer-feedback cycle environments with empathy for end users.
• Use of data to guide decisions and comfort with testing product hypotheses.
• Ownership of initiatives from start to finish, including monitoring success post-release.
• Experience designing maintainable mobile architectures and integrating with APIs and backend services.
• Strong principles in writing clean, simple, secure, and maintainable code.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• Design, develop, A/B test, and deploy iOS solutions that improve Bolt’s user authentication flows.
• Build a deep understanding of Bolt products, end users, and business metrics, contributing ideas to the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with backend, mobile, and product teams to design reliable integrations between iOS applications, APIs, and authentication services.
• Lead features and initiatives from early discovery through to launch, ensuring positive, validated user impact.
• Work closely with Product to break down scope and deliver meaningful improvements incrementally.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and promote strong mobile engineering practices within and beyond the team.
