Software Engineer – AI & Automation

Huawei Poland R&D AI team develops software that automates business operations and software engineering processes using advanced AI models and agents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art AI models including fine-tuning, evaluation, and agentic workflow implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and LangChain.

Nice to have:

• Proven track record in competitive programming, math or programming contests, and high-level hackathons.

• Analyze requirements and propose scalable technical solutions for complex problems such as Customer Intelligence or Automated Software Development.
• Implement automation pipelines and agentic workflows leveraging AI models and fine-tuning techniques.
• Evaluate state-of-the-art AI technologies, formulate hypotheses, and conduct empirical tests.
• Collaborate closely with business and product teams to translate needs into effective AI solutions.
